Left Bank Gallery Essex was established in May 2008 as a destination for art and design in Connecticut and New England, exhibiting work by over 60 artists and artisans from the local area and beyond. “We have a very diverse group of fresh, new art,” says Laurie McGinley, co-owner. LBGE showcases an extensive catalogue of artwork - on view everyday - but always changing. You will find something new with every visit.

 

Left Bank Gallery Essex features temporary exhibitions highlighting the work of renowned and acclaimed artists, offering buyers the opportunity to purchase work by established and widely collected artists, often not available anywhere else in Connecticut. Recent shows included Melissa Imossi, Iacopo Pasquinelli, Louis Guarnaccia, Larry Horowitz and Paul Batch.
