Samantha’s discipline began at Pratt Institute, where she developed her talent and built a strong foundation based on observation.

Although she prefers not to be labeled as a realistic painter, she still enjoys painting from life and interpreting what she sees in her own style.

She has a passion for color, which is evident in her lavish use of oil. Confidence in her brush strokes, texture and use of pigment give Samantha’s work a signature already at the young age of 24.

She graduates from Lyme Academy in Spring 2009.
